#AP and #UB withdrawal updates #Poker

It has been quite some time since we last heard from Cereus and in between Pokerstars moving on and processing payouts to US customers and the Full Tilt Poker dilemma it feels like a black hole without any information. From time to time though, some members on online poker forums get paid out - about 2 weeks ago a Canadian player was paid by bank wire and I also had some friends from the UK saying they were paid. Apart from that you barely hear any news and I just noticed an email notification for a player from the US that was posted:

Thank you for contacting us.

Cereus's top priority has always been, and remains, the refund of account balances to its US players.Unfortunately, the Company still faces several legal issues, which must be navigated before funds can be paid out to US players. The Company's United States attorneys, Blank Rome LLP, continue to work diligently to resolve these issues, which is a necessary further step to facilitate the return of funds to players.US Player account balances, therefore, will not become immediately available for withdrawal as a result of our recent agreement with the DOJ.


We thank you for your patience in this matter. This remains our highest priority, and we will update you as we move forward to resolve outstanding issues.

At least they still occasionally reply to  emails, however it still looks like a standard template and the few players that get paid don't really justify a reasonable statement that anything is improving as of now. Fingers crossed for all players at the US, has anyone else received the same or a very similar email as of lately?

update August 14th 2011: another non US player reported that he has received a Ukash voucher for $500
