Last
weekend we waved goodbye to our dear friend summer and he rushed off with his
typical sun and warm temperature, his step brother autumn jumped in and immediately
took over control. This also means less biking and requires more gym visits to
balance out my schedule as of lately, but I may not be able to do so as regularly
... at least not at home. Recently I switched my gym schedule and now focus on
the lower back and abs, besides that I will continue my absence from alcohol
(none as of mid April) and coffee (had my last cup May 1st) until the end of
the year as well.
The day to
day job seems to finally have figured out how they wish to continue and my part
time will also kick in more heavily in the next ~ 3 months as well as I have
just received my provisional live event coverage plan for now:

On first
glance it looks like a tough schedule with by far less sleep, but I don't
really mind as it keeps me busy and I also get to see friends and poker players
on the circuit again more frequently. Here is to hope that the majority of
those coverages will be confirmed and go ahead as planned. :) The EPT Prague
straight after the WPT is on my list as well and the Caribbean
Poker Party also looks quite interesting to say the least ... poker at
a dream destination, I can imagine worse places to work at.
Apart from that I got more busy with my usual writing again and my third article on the Hendon Mob has been published today: Deep Stack Poker Events - the Beauty and the Beast. Besides that, I have started writing for OnTiltMagazine and also done research and articles about some black sheep in the current online poker climate. Nothing spectacular yet, then again there is always room for improvement and the more practice you get, the merrier.
I may not be anywhere yet where I actually want to be, but without doing anything at all you will never get to see any reasonable improvement either and I made the important first step. So far so good ... and even more surprisingly a rather short blog post. Over and out.
